What We Did

The Adolph Williams Development had a lot of moving parts. The job at hand was new construction of two strip mall buildings, which would be used as business and commercial office space. We were tasked to design the exterior shell and aesthetic of each building, taking into account that each tenant space would be built out separately at another time.

The planning involved factoring adequate off-street parking for customers and employees, as well as clearing the way for dumpster services and other maintenance necessities. A First Bank & Trust branch pre-existed the site and remained, and a drive-thru ATM was also factored into the design and build.
