What We Did

Located in the heart of the Warehouse district, Emeril Lagasse’s new restaurant Meril has brought a fresh vibe to the area.  This 7,300SF build-out preserved the original façade adding signage, lighting, and an awning to emphasize the entrance of the restaurant.  The concept for Meril was to create a casual venue offering chef driven cuisine and high service at a competitive price.  The chef’s kitchen is a focal point in the dining room with a framed reclaimed wood opening and is directly connected to the dining room.  Curtain dividers provide flex spaces to create private areas for separate gatherings.  Reclaimed wood wrapped columns, end grain red mesquite flooring, and concrete countertops at the bar are just a few of the visual flavors that Meril has to offer.
