Philip S. Goldberg, AIA, LEED AP

Architect

It started with Legos and Erector sets. By the time he completed a specialized elementary
school program on the topic, Philip already knew he was going to become an architect. By age
thirteen, he was building multi-level treehouses. In high school, he took drafting courses. But his
lifelong plan finally came to fruition when he came to Tulane University School of Architecture
where he achieved his Bachelor and then Master of Architecture degrees.

Philip developed his talents further while working in construction and architecture around New
Orleans before coming to Rozas Ward. He gained experience in commercial, educational and
residential architecture, and he now specializes in multifamily residential design. His passion
lies in creating meaningful spaces for people to live, work and play, and this is evident in his
designs.

Originally from Columbia, S.C., Philip enjoys life in the Big Easy with his dog, Ari, and his cat,
Eli. When he’s not working, he stretches his creative muscles through music, art and
photography and gets outside on occasion to enjoy sports — specifically tennis. He also loves
to design on a smaller scale when cabinet making and bring pool tables back to life through
refelting.
