What We Did

The owners of Gretna Medical Center approached Rozas-Ward Architects with a tough challenge. They wanted to construct a new facility on the same site as their existing building without disrupting business.  The result was an L-shaped building a mere 6FT away from the existing building.  The new facility satisfied all their programming needs and the client only closed business 1 day to move in.

High-visibility was the design inspiration for the skin of the building. The client wanted to make sure the building could be seen adjacent to the interstate expressway and busy lower intersection.  The walk-in medical clinic and pharmacy has an eye-catching exterior skin wrapped with a red and white cross shaped logo on flat panels. Interior features include high gloss epoxy coated flooring, high ceilings, bold colors, and lots of natural light through storefront systems and solatubes giving the clinic a clean and friendly atmosphere.
