WHAT WE DID

The Wm B. Reily Company has called 640 Magazine Street home for over 100 years. In 2017 the Reily Company worked with Rozas Ward to convert their old coffee roasting factory and offices into 34 high end apartments with 7000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. This presented the perfect opportunity for Rozas Ward to re-design and restore the company's headquarter office in its original location at the corner of Magazine and Girod Street.

The office interior is clad with historic stained maple and new stained red oak. The layout features executive offices and conference rooms along the perimeter of the space with a central bullpen work area. Traditional nail up metal ceiling tiles and alabaster pendants add to the office's 1950's aesthetic. Views into the executive offices are obscured with patterned glass and electronically frosted windows.
