What We Did

Built in 1962, this modernist style building was originally constructed as a convent for St. Christopher School.  In 2014, St. Christopher came to Rozas-Ward looking to transform the use of the building into an Early Learning Center and to repair and restore the exterior of the building.  This 7,000SF facility includes 4 classrooms for 1 & 2 year olds, infant nursery, large playroom, administration offices, and supporting facilities including a warming kitchen, laundry, restroom facilities, & storage.  A bright color palette was used throughout the facility making it feel kid friendly while accentuating the original architecture.  The building was also outfitted with an entirely new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system.
