What We Did

Our team had the tenants in mind with this apartment renovation. The Saulet was an exterior renovation project for a condominium complex that included eleven buildings, leasing offices, multiple exposed elevated walkways and balconies.

The walkways were previously exposed, but we designed louvered wing walls to shield pedestrians and residents from harsh weather conditions. The walls also lended to the overall design and look and feel of the facility. New cantilevered and column supported balconies were added to the buildings, greatly improving the exterior’s condition. To work with and improve upon the pre-existing design choices, we featured new material applications, finish color choices and building applications to improve the quality of life and strengthen the exterior design for residents and prospective residents alike. The finished product is a facility that has a strong design, as if it were always there.
