WHAT WE DID
Rozas-Ward Architects worked with Brian Gibbs Development to design the 618 Magazine Street Parking Garage which provides a much needed 293 parking spaces to the Warehouse District. The building also provides 5000 square feet of commercial space fronting Magazine Street. The parking garage features an efficient double-helix floor plan to maximized the number of spaces. Stucco and perforated metal panels clad the exterior and allow the building to fit in seamlessly with the surrounding warehouse district buildings.
