With a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies, a Master of Architecture, and now a career as an architect, it might seem like John decided at a young age he wanted to be in this business. But it wasn’t until he walked through the doors of the architecture school at Louisiana Tech University that he knew what he wanted to do. John grew up drawing and woodworking, so when he saw the detail in the handbuilt models at the school, he knew exactly what career path to choose.

While John was initially drawn to the more traditional models, today what really gets him excited about projects is the technology Rozas Ward uses for its clients. While working at a firm in Denver, he worked in all phases of commercial and residential projects and led the company’s transition to new modeling systems. He has a passion for using leading-edge technology to deliver a fully-realized product to our commercial clients. His work in BIM software helps our contractors and clients better understand the final design.

John loves seeing a great design and a happy client, but in his own time he has a few hobbies he enjoys as well. When he’s not modeling our latest design, you might find him skateboarding, playing music or woodworking. That’s right, he still has his original passion.
