What We Did
Located at 700 Magazine Street, The Kalorama is a new 5-story building that features 44 luxury condominium units, 92 parking spaces and 11,000 square feet of commercial space. The building contains a mix of one, two, and three bedroom units with areas ranging from 800 to 2,500 square feet. Each unit is built out with solid oak floors, marble countertops, and high-end cabinets and appliances. Amenities include a gym, rooftop terrace, dog walk, and a landscaped courtyard with seating and grills.
